Raising Happy, Empowered Children: A Two-Part Workshop

  • Cortland YWCA 14 Clayton Avenue Cortland, NY, 13045 (map)

On April 28th from 5:30-7:30 pm, YWCA Cortland will host a workshop series where Jen Rafferty, founder of Empowered Educator®, will help parents like you develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate the challenges of parenthood. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how to:

  • Parent with more confidence, ease, and compassion

  • Increase your self-awareness skills

  • Receive concrete self-regulation strategies to navigate conflicts

  • Understand how stress affects your body

  • Use empowering language when talking to yourself and your children

We understand that juggling work, family, and other responsibilities can be difficult, so we will provide dinner from 5:30-6:00 pm and childcare services for children under 5 and and supervised activities for children 5-10, and 11 and up.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to improve your parenting skills and become a more confident and compassionate parent. Reserve your spot for free today!
