Marathon's 1890 Union Fair is a quaint small town fair reminiscent of a bygone era. Complete with vendors, baked goods, antique & quilt displays, produce, jam and flower contest, horse-drawn parade, live auction, music, and an old-fashioned horse pull. The Peck library host its bi-annual book sale and the shops on Main all join in on the festivities. No admission. It's a wonderful event, perfect for the whole family.
