Knee High Storytime meets on Wednesday mornings at 9 am and follows the Homer School calendar/closings.  Join the Phillips Free Library for fun stories, songs, crafts and more appropriate for toddler and preschool children with their families.  The library opens at 9 am but the side door is always open 15 minutes early.
